Our Easy-Peasy Refund & Exchange Policy
We want you and your little ones to be absolutely thrilled with every toy from Khilone for Kids! If something isn’t quite right, here’s the simple breakdown of what we can do.
1. Our 48-Hour ‘Happy Play’ Guarantee
We happily accept returns and exchanges if you reach out to us within 48 hours of your delivery date.
Why 48 hours? It gives you enough time to inspect the toy and confirm it’s exactly what you ordered and in perfect condition. Since we sell toys, we understand kids get excited! However, once a toy is played with and the packaging is opened and torn, we unfortunately can’t accept it for a full refund or exchange.
2. Condition for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Unused and in the exact same, brand-new condition you received it.
- In the original, undamaged packaging (we can’t resell it without the original box!).
- You’ll need your Order Number or a Proof of Purchase (like your receipt).
Important: Please do not ship the product back to us until you’ve contacted us first. We’ll give you simple instructions on where to send it.
3. Toys We Cannot Accept Back
Due to hygiene, safety, or simple product nature, a few items are exempt from being returned once the package is opened, as they can be easily damaged if used incorrectly or only have a limited lifespan:
- Inflatable items (e.g., swimming pools, floats).
- Bubble liquids and similar consumables.
- Tents or Playhouses.
- Remote Control Flying Toys (e.g., Helicopters, Drones), as they require skilled handling.
4. How Refunds Work
Once we receive your returned item and check that it meets the conditions above, we’ll reach out via call, email, or WhatsApp to let you know we have it and if your refund is approved.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed! The credit will be applied back to your bank account, Jazz Cash, or other payment method within 7 working days.
- Sale Items: Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are final sale.
- Partial Refunds: In rare cases, we may offer a partial refund if an item is returned with minor damage that was not our fault.
What if my refund is late?
If a week has passed and you still haven’t received your refund:
- Double-check your bank account or payment app.
- Contact your bank, as it can sometimes take a few extra days for the transaction to officially post.
- If you’ve done all that and still haven’t seen it, please Contact Us!
5. Easy Exchanges for Damaged Toys
We only offer exchanges if your item arrives damaged or defective (that means it was already broken before you even opened it).
Exchange Process:
- Stop! Before doing anything else, take a short, clear video of the damaged or faulty toy. This is super important!
- Email the video and your order number to info@khiloneforkids.com.
- Note: For official exchanges, we can only entertain proof (videos/photos) sent to this email.
- Once we review the video and approve the exchange, we will give you instructions on how and where to ship the item back to us, and we’ll ship a replacement right away!
6. Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the item to us.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.
- For expensive items, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
7. Got a Gift?
If you received an item marked as a gift, we can offer you a gift credit for the value of the return once we receive the item back. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, we’ll send the refund to the person who purchased it, and they will be notified of the return.
