1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We’ve got options to suit your needs and your excitement level! Delivery times are estimated after your order has been processed.

Important Note: Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.

2. Order Processing Time

We know waiting is the hardest part, so we aim to be fast!

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped out within 1 to 2 business days after you place your order.
  • Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed and shipped on the following business day.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
  • You will see the exact shipping charge clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase. No surprises here!

4. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship only to:

  • Addresses within Pakistan. We are not able to ship internationally at this time.
  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, so please provide a physical street address!

5. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package is on its way, we’ll let you know!

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number.
  • Use the provided tracking number to follow your order’s journey right to your door!

6. Delivery Issues & Concerns

Damaged or Defective Upon Arrival?

If your toy arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 1 hour of receiving your order. We’ll quickly work with you to arrange a replacement or refund—just remember to have your proof of damage (like the short video mentioned in our Refund Policy) ready!

Delay or Lost in Transit?

If your order is running late or seems to be lost, please reach out to us right away at info@khiloneforkids.com. We will follow up with the courier service to investigate and find a solution.

Need to Change the Address?

If you realize you need to change your shipping address, please contact us ASAP via email or phone. We will do our absolute best to update the address before the order is processed and handed over to the courier. Once it’s processed, we can’t guarantee a change, but we’ll try!
